  • Session 2: February 20, 2020, The study of Mary Magdalene. Mary Magdalene was misrepresented throughout history as a prostitute and a terrible person because of a mistake by Pope Gregory in 591. She was actually a very strong, courageous woman and unwavering disciple of Jesus. Following are the bible verses we read and discussed.

  • Session 3: March 5, 2020, The study of Rahab. We watched The Bible S1Ep3, Homeland Part 3 from the History Channel On Demand. Here are the bible verses we read and discussed. Exodus 3:7-10, Joshua 1:1-11, Joshua 3:1-3, Joshua 3:14-17, Joshua 2:1-2, Joshua 2:3-7, Joshua 2:12-24, Joshua 6:1-5, Joshua 6:12-17, Joshua 6:20-25 God tells Joshua, I will be with you, do not be afraid. Even though Rahab was a prostitute, God saved her and her family because she believed in him and was true to him.
